Can I come to visit your centre if I'm interested in enrolling?
We understand that seeing the environment is an important part of choosing a childcare centre. To maintain a calm and uninterrupted space for our children, we do not offer tours during regular weekdays when classes are in session. However, when we anticipate upcoming openings, we schedule tours in advance. These tours are held on Saturday afternoons between 2:00 – 5:00 PM, and you are welcome to bring your child(ren) with you for the tour.
Once tour dates are finalized, they will be posted on our website, so please check back regularly for updates.
-
What are your programs?
In addition to English, we introduce children to French and Mandarin. We also partner with wonderful programs such as Suzieshine Music and Fit-for-Fun Multisport, and we offer piano lessons throughout the year.
-
What should I expect for my child’s first week?
We suggest that new children have a "settling in period" where they gradually increase periods until they feel comfortable and safe. On the first day, it is suggested that parents plan to remain at the centre with your child for a short period of time around 15 minutes. We will plan gradual work towards a full day of attendance.
-
How can I keep in contact with my child’s educators?
We invested in a child care app - HiMama to communicate with families throughout the day.

Are there any times in the year when you are closed ?
We open 12 months a year, only close for Ontario statutory holidays. In the event of severe weather we follow Halton District School Board (HDSB), families are encouraged to check HDSB website or contact the centre.
